Kitchen Refresh and Bathroom Renovation

The existing bathroom was renovated to address the customer’s accessibility needs. The work included widening the bathroom doorway and the opening into the shower area, replacing the bathtub with a shower, and installing grab bars and a folding bench seat.

The owner wanted to refresh the kitchen by changing the cabinet color and adding a wood accent around the island. Refinishing the existing cabinetry in gray and wrapping the island in wood brought contrast and warmth to the space. The existing countertops were retained.

The controls were relocated within reach of the fold-down bench so the owner can adjust the water while seated.
